Our Services
RynSolution is a Moroccan company specialising in custom software development, mobile applications, web platforms and digital solutions for businesses. Our services include design, development, delivery, training and technical support.
Client Obligations
As a RynSolution client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in your requests
- Respect agreed validation and feedback deadlines
- Use deliverables in accordance with the contract terms
- Make payments according to agreed schedules
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights on deliverables are transferred to the client after full payment. RynSolution retains the right to use generic technologies, frameworks and components developed. Project-specific source code is the property of the client.
Payments and Invoicing
Payment terms are defined in each individual quote or contract. As a general rule:
- A deposit is required before development begins
- Payments are made by bank transfer or any agreed method
- Invoices are payable within the deadlines indicated on the document
- Any late payment may result in suspension of work
Warranty and Support
Each delivered project includes a warranty period during which we fix reported bugs and malfunctions free of charge. The warranty duration is specified in the contract. Beyond this period, a maintenance contract can be subscribed.
Limitation of Liability
RynSolution shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on our website. Continued use of our services after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In case of dispute, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
