Our refund and cancellation conditions for transparent service.
We are committed to providing quality services. This refund policy defines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
Before Development Starts
If you cancel your project before development begins, you are eligible for a full refund of the deposit paid, minus any consultation and analysis fees already incurred.
During Development
Once development has started, the refund is calculated based on the work completed:
- Completed and delivered phases are non-refundable
- Work in progress is billed pro-rata based on time spent
- Third-party licences and services purchased for the project are non-refundable
After Delivery
After project delivery and acceptance by the client, no refund is possible. In case of non-compliance with agreed specifications, we commit to fixing defects under our warranty.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreement, we always prioritise discussion and seeking an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, parties may resort to mediation before any legal action.
